- Choose the shift or shifts that works for you. Please read through the instructions for your shift before choosing, though, since a few of the shifts require volunteers with specific skills and abilities.
- Remember that everyone who volunteers MUST be a member, so please do not try to sign up family or friends who are NOT members.
- Make sure you receive an email confirmation of your sign up registration. If you don’t get one, you didn’t really sign up Please try again!
- If you are a show lead/captain or you are specifically invited for a shift by a show lead/captain, please do NOT go through the online sign up system.
- If you are NOT able to cover your shift, please contact Peg Rutchik at volunteer@psms.org
- Service animals allowed, no pets per the community college.
- Make sure to check in at the volunteer table near the main doors when you arrive, get a volunteer tag and lanyard, and wear the tag while you are volunteering. If you volunteer on Friday to set up the show, also make sure to check in. Return your tag and lanyard at the end of your shifts.
- Make sure to check in with your shift captain when you start your shift.
- Park anywhere on the SCC campus. The south parking lot is the closest lot to the student union.
- Bring a dish to share with other volunteers in the break room. Avoid bringing chips.
- Bring your own water bottles and coffee cups.
- Store your personal items in the break room or on/near your shift station.
